Rationalization only tip
A welding piece with different seams has
be produced umpteen times. The Tiptronic
stores the ideal data-settings for each
welding seam. In the required sequence.
One after the other. With just one tip
at the torch up to 100 settings can be
called up. Complex tasks will be
performed fast and productive.

Settings
on the spot
Just the word ‘remote control’ says it
all. Each parameter can be operated and
controlled in a distance of up to 25
metres from the power source. Ideal for
the use on fixtures. |

Automation
so easy Saprom-S is easily and simply
connected to your automation system. The
process is controlled externally. Simply
call up the stored Tiptronic jobs
directly from the fixture and you obtain
a clear efficient automation solution. |

Open
Weld
The robot-interface realises the
communication of the Saprom-S with any
robot. Analog or digital. The internal
CAN-Bus of the unit can additionally be
docked to the common Bussystems
(Profibus, Interbus, Ethernet…).
The interface adaption is supported by
software and does not change the
hardware. Whilst doing this the software
“Robot Tool”visualises the data transfer
between robot and unit. |

Soft-ware updates offer the possibility
of reacting to new materials and
methods within the next years. A
connection to welding data supervisory
systems is possible at all times.
